11.3  Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, we may be unable to delete data that we are required to retain by law, or data that is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

12.1  The 1plusph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
